Marianna Senderkis is a New York-born handbag and accessory designer with almost 15 years of experience in the fashion industry. With a foundation in Fashion Design from Parsons, The New School, and Accessory Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Marianna has designed accessories for iconic fashion houses such as Dennis Basso, Calvin Klein Collection, and Coach.

In 2022, she left the corporate fashion world of New York City behind to immerse herself in the rich artisanal traditions of Andalusía, Spain. This transformative journey led to the creation of SENDERKIS alongside cofounder Jessica Markowitz.

SENDERKIS celebrates the art of slow living. Handcrafted by skilled artisans in Ubrique, Spain—a town renowned for its exceptional leather craftsmanship—each piece embodies mindful consumption and impeccable quality.
