A trusted advisor to founders and executives, Gina has led finance transformations across fashion and lifestyle brands, implementing ERP, PLM, and data systems that integrate design, merchandising, and production into unified decision frameworks. She has built finance teams from the ground up, architected forecasting and planning models to improve margins and working capital, and established disciplined reporting structures that empower better business decisions.

Her career includes senior leadership roles at several influential fashion houses, where she designed and implemented financial and operational infrastructure to support global growth across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. Her work has been recognized for enabling creative companies to scale intelligently and make faster, smarter decisions without compromising craftsmanship or brand integrity.
