Chriselle Lim

Chriselle Lim is one of the fashion industry’s leading entrepreneurs and influencers, known for her sharp and irreverent take on the role of fashion. Today, across her various social channels, she has garnered a community of over 6 million followers, reaching people across the globe. As part of the generation of entrepreneurs and creatives who don’t belong to a particular lane but instead balance diverse roles and pursuits, Lim is continually building her brand portfolio having launched companies in the fashion, beauty, and parenting space.

Lim is coming off the launch of her fine fragrance brand Phlur, which she recently acquired with beauty incubator The Center and relaunched in 2022. In March 2022 Phlur launched the scent Missing Person and through strategic social marketing campaigns, the fragrance sold out in just a few hours and amassed a waitlist of over 275,000. Phlur is currently available in all of Sephora’s 450+ stores across the United States and on Sephora.com and has recently launched in all of Selfridges’ 4 stores across the United Kingdom and on Selfridges.com. Vogue has named Phlur to be the next blockbuster fragrance brand to look out for. 

Lim’s childcare startup Bumo which she co-founded with her Co-Founder Joan Nguyen launched in 2019 and is reimagining what the future of family and work look like for modern parents. Bumo has been expanding rapidly, offering different products and services for parents with different childcare and education needs including on-demand childcare, virtual education and classes, and co-working spaces with on-site licensed childcare. Bumo has raised a $3.5M seed round that includes support from Jessica Alba, Rebecca Minkoff, Alli Webb, Whitney Port, Coco Rocha and more. Lim also co-hosts the podcast Being Bumo which gives an honest and raw take on parenting. 

Lim is a regular fixture on the fashion month circuit, and has been featured in publications including Entrepreneur, Vogue, Tech Crunch, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Forbes.
