Leonardo Lawson

Leonardo is the CEO of VFiles and has held the roles of President of YZY, CEO of The Vampire’s Wife, CEO of TRE by Natalie Ratabesi and Head of Partnerships at Onward Kashiyama.

As the Founder of the Management Consulting firm BOND Creative MGMT, Leonardo has built and revamped companies, created strategic direction and structures for clients, created teams, and managed brands in the US, Europe, and Asia. BOND partners with Airbnb, Alexander Wang, Amazon, Apple, Chanel, Coach, Estee Lauder, Gucci, Kate Spade, LVMH, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Starbucks, and Tiffany & Co.

Leonardo is a Trustee of Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, where he supports the fashion school and Black Creatives Institute. Leonardo founded BOND Creative Advancement Project (BCAP) to provide scholarships to Black and Brown students pursuing creative careers. BCAP supports with mentorship programs and internship placements to ensure the students are fully prepared to achieve success.
